Now Introducing Sparky Duck

I guess I should go ahead and introduce our newest Monkey, Sparky Duck. I would have introduced him earlier, but he took his sweet-ass time answering the invitation. Why? Well, I don't want to cast any aspersions, but word on the street is that he smokes pole for crack. I'm just saying.....

Anyway, Sparky was invited based on his excellent International Day entries, and his own wonderful site, named Philly Transplant.
