I think that a Sith pirate would be the most kick butt-evil character, ever! Pirates can definitely turn to the dark side, because they aren't afraid to come out in public, have superior mind-powers, and are already well-versed in the fine art of swordplay. Plus, we are a tad evil and that never hurts.
