Thank Heaven for Little Girls

I was doing some research into the movie GIGI, and I ran across this little gem, which ends the film. I cannot believe they were able to get away with this song. Were people really that innocent, or is this another Shirley Temple Situation, where they slip the sex in?

There's no way they could remake this now, although I shudder to think what a Cover version would sound like.

EDIT

Skittles left a comment that in the actual film it's Maurice Chevalier. I think the version above was actually first, but I'm not sure. This version is plenty creepy, too. I want to see this movie, now.

What an abomination! THE verson of this was by Maurice Chevalier. He gives it a different feel (likely the French accent).
