It might be another generic show about black ops military people, except for one thing: The series is created by Shawn Ryan, who created THE SHIELD, and more importantly, David Mamet, one of the best writers in TV/Movie/Theatre history.
Let's put it this way: Hyperion is going to take HOUSE to watch THE UNIT. How often have you heard of him doing that?
