According to the article when a whippet has one mutated "strength" gene, the result is a much stronger and faster dog. However, sometimes there are two mutated genes, which brings results like this:

Her name is Wendy, and despite her appearance, she is a very friendly dog.
(But if she asks for her ears to be scratched, I'd do it.)
